Michael is a piano playing, singer/songwriter based in Toronto. He is an Award Winning Canadian recording artist, who rose to prominence in the late 90’s with his well-received single’ Fallen For Your Love.(Top 10’ RPM charts). However, personal setbacks (the terminal illness of his beloved mother, sister and father)all of who succumbed to cancer, led Michael to detour from his chosen path.
Always one to keep moving forward Michael used these personal tragedies to build on. His song ‘Up to Heaven’was written only days before the loss of his father, which was dedicated to him. He then was committed to get back into the studio. He has started working again with his long time producer Eddie Bullen, who produced Michael Vincent’s song ‘Senze Te’ (Without You) that won Michael a Voce D’oro (Golden Voice) Award at the Song Festival in Toronto, and Hamilton Ontario.
No stranger to radio, Michael Vincent returned to the airwaves December 2018 with his song ‘A Christmas Gift of Love’. Penned by Michael, the song was recorded at Thunder Dome Sounds Studio in Markham, Ontario.The track received a lot of airplay across Canada and exposure on YouTube. Says Bill E. Steele of Radio Active Tracking, “I know and believe ‘A Christmas Gift of Love’, will have even bigger years in the future .” Bill also goes on to say Michael Vincent has all the ingredients to be successful such has having good songs, a good voice and solid production. Through the popularity of the Christmas song, Michael is able to donate proceeds to charities such as; Children’s Aid Foundation of Canada, Million – Dollar Smiles , and The Safe haven Project for Community Living. He continues to dedicate time throughout the year visiting children in need of our support through these various charities close to his heart. There are also plans for events pertaining to his Christmas song.
Michael Vincent is now in the process of recording a new album.
Based on this world pandemic which we are all experiencing and the unacceptable racial issues that exist today in all forms and the results thereof, Michael Vincent is contributing an offering of hope and prayer with one of his latest compositions ‘SAVE OUR WORLD’. The message in the song is clear and as he says, “We all can make a difference” and “The future depends on us”.
